In order to find an acne cure for yourself, there are a number of steps you need to take:
Each day, take a multivitamin that contains Zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and all the B Vitamins. These are good for the skin and helps it fight the acne.
Keep hydrated throughout the day. Some advise to drink 8 glasses of water a day but I don't believe this amount is necessary.
In the morning:
1) Wash your face with Neutrogena Acne Wash with 2% Salicylic Acid 2) Wipe your face with cotton saturated with Witch Hazel 3) Apply Neutrogena lotion for fighting acne with 2% Salicylic Acid 4) Use Neutrogena spot lotion (reduces/clears blemish in 8 hrs) with 2% salicylic acid
At Night: 1) Wash your face with Neutrogena Acne Wash with 2% Salicylic Acid 2) Wipe your face with cotton saturated with Witch Hazel 3) Apply Neutrogena lotion for fighting acne with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide (this can stain/bleach hairs or your pillowcase so use white pillowcase and don't smear all over eyebrows/hairline)
